Help searching the C·R·E·A·T·E Web Site

The C·R·E·A·T·E for Mississippi Web Site has three database driven search engines.

For your convenience, you can search for specific Contact Information, Lesson Plans, and How-To documents under their respective categories.

Contact Information
The Contact Information search can be found under the Participants heading.
You can search by:
  • Last Name

  • First Name

  • Position (example: Core Teacher)

  • Institution (school district name example: Drew School District)

  • Congressional District

Lesson Plans
The Lesson Plan search is located on the main tool bar.
You can search by an entire subject area:
  • Language Arts

  • Math

  • Science

  • Social Studies
or you can type in specific keywords relating to a lesson plan.

How-To
The How-To search is located on the main tool bar.
You can search by an entire category:
  • Forms (example: Web Site Evaluation Form)

  • Handouts (example: Content Area and Technology Standards)

  • Hardware (example: Connecting Multimedia Devices to a NetTV)

  • Internet-Related (example: Bookmarks in Netscape)

  • Microsoft Office Software (example: Excel 2000/XP: Creating an Assessment Tool)

  • Microsoft Windows (example: Changing Your Screen Resolution in Windows 9x)

  3. at the bottom of the page change your left and right margins to 0.25
